As a member-owner, this is your opportunity to stay informed and engaged!
Cloverland will announce the results of the 2025 Board of Directors election, recognize scholarship recipients and provide updates on key cooperative matters.

Annual Meeting of the Members Notice
Please be advised that pursuant to Article II, Section I of the Cloverland Electric
Cooperative Bylaws, the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Cooperative is
called by the secretary of the cooperative. The purpose of the annual meeting is to
announce the director election results and to inform members of any other
substantive matters. This meeting shall occur Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 6 p.m. at
Lake Superior State University Arts Center in Sault Ste Marie.
