New or Upgraded Residential Service Application

Linemen working on power pole.Thank you for contacting Cloverland Electric Cooperative with your request for new or upgraded electric service. Once you complete the application, a staking technician will contact you to visit your site and prepare a cost estimate based upon the preferred design(s) we establish with you.

All new power line installations require an easement signed by all affected property owners. We will prepare the easement documents, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure these documents are signed and returned to us for recording. Cloverland cannot guarantee the return of easements and/or procurement of route. Cloverland is not responsible for premature installation of member-installed facilities or tree clearing without receipt of approved easements or permitting. Cloverland is also not responsible for damages resulting from member’s failure to accurately mark existing or proposed facilities on the property.

Download and print the New or Upgraded Residential Service Application (PDF) and send it to us by mail, or fill out the application online below. Effective June 1, 2022, a completed application is required along with a $25 non-refundable application fee. Once application is submitted, an invoice will be emailed to you within three business days.  Applications will not be processed until an invoice has been generated and payment is received. Payments can be made by clicking the hyperlink on the invoice or by calling our automated payment line at: 1-844-843-6837. Once payment is received, a member service representative will contact you to confirm and verify your information.
