Please be advised that pursuant to Article II, Section I of the Cloverland Electric Cooperative Bylaws, the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Cooperative is called by the secretary of the cooperative. The purpose of the annual meeting is to announce the director election results and to inform members of any other substantive matters. This meeting shall occur Thursday, June 4, 2020, at 6 p.m. Due to the global COVID 19 pandemic, it is in the best interest of our members, board, and staff to have a virtual meeting. We will continue to monitor the situation and post updates through our social media channels.
