After an incredible 49 years of service, Cloverland Electric Cooperative congratulates Accounting Clerk DeLynn Paul on her well-earned retirement.
A lifelong resident of Sault Ste. Marie, DeLynn began her career with Cloverland through Sault Area High School’s job placement program—working afternoons at the co-op while finishing her classes in the mornings. Upon graduation, she transitioned into a full-time role, beginning a nearly five-decade career defined by dedication and adaptability.
Throughout her career, DeLynn has been responsible for ensuring the accurate entry of data that supports many of Cloverland’s core operations. Her work
has touched nearly every corner of the organization, including payroll, accounts payable, work orders, fleet tracking and miscellaneous billing—serving as a steady and reliable foundation behind the scenes.
DeLynn has witnessed remarkable changes in technology and processes, from keypunch machines and handwritten meter readings to today’s automated systems and digital workflows. She also played an important role during the 2010 integration with Edison Sault Electric, supporting the expanded scope of accounting operations that followed.
DeLynn’s longevity reflects her loyalty, attention to detail and deep commitment to the cooperative and its members. We thank her for her extraordinary service and wish her all the best in her retirement.
