Thank you for the opportunity and privilege to have represented and served you for the past 12 years.
I am a veteran, born, raised and graduated in Manistique. I have been married to Judy (Gorshe) for 63 years.
I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the boardroom having worked for decades as an industrial electrician/supervisor for Inland Lime and Stone. Carmeuse Port Inland now operates this plant and is one of Cloverland’s largest users of electrical energy.
I was on the board of directors at Limestone Federal Credit Union for 35 years. Like Cloverland, it operates under the same 7 guiding principles and business model.
I have received my director gold certification by successfully completing all necessary board leadership courses. This is the highest accreditation available.
I continue to remain focused on powering our communities and empowering our member/owners through the delivery of safe, reliable and affordable electrical energy while protecting the beautiful environment of the eastern Upper Peninsula.
