Tree Removal Agreement

Cloverland Electric Cooperative has determined the tree(s) noted below should be removed. The tree(s) pose a concern to our power reliability and safety. Our tree experts have determined that trimming the tree will damage its health and integrity. NOTE: This communication does not constitute an admission by Cloverland Electric Cooperative that permission is required for tree removal; we are merely informing you of our intentions for transparency purposes.

DEBRIS POLICY Small debris such as leaves and small limbs, will be cleared and removed. Larger pieces of wood will be cut to manageable lengths and piles on the property. Debris removal policies differ in the aftermath of a storm. PROPERTY OWNER I, the undersigned, own the property described above, am a member of Cloverland Electric Cooperative, and agree that Cloverland Electric Cooperative, or its agent(s), may remove the preciously described tree(s). I have the authority to agree to this removal for the property.
