Please be advised that pursuant to Article II, Section I of the Cloverland Electric Cooperative Bylaws, the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Cooperative is called by the secretary of the cooperative. The purpose of the annual meeting is to announce the director election results and to inform members of any other substantive matters. This meeting shall occur Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the DreamMakers Theater, Kewadin Casino in Sault Ste Marie.
