I have experience in the political arena. Dealing with them and being one myself a unique perspective and experience needed to implement my ideas.
Start volunteer programs/job training.
Audit every piece of paper, department and person/clean house.
Lower the Electric Bills.
Look into how we can cut expenses so we can balance the budget and give our employees more, chances and opportunity to make more money.
Expand into other areas and grow the company to bring jobs.
And to give all the employees the chance to put forward ideas, thoughts on how to improve Cloverland Electric in all ways. (a sanctioned Advisory Board)
Figure out why as a co-op don’t give dividend checks to the customers at the end of every fiscal year like most co-op’s do.
